Update 1.1 Beta Released + Balance Changes

This Sub-Update Adds Tires... I am not Joking.

Also Starting from this Sub-Update Mac Will be Supported so No one Feels left out. *Cough*  Linux  *Cough*.

But Do Not Worry Update 2.0 Beta Will Bring so Many New Mechanics and Items ;)

Balance Changes:

( - ) Reduced Bounciness but half

( - ) Reduced Throw
